This letter trapped many individuals into disclosing their eBay identity. The letter was not from eBay. The values in the letter have been forged.

Suggested Action:Avoid getting this kind of email in the first place with a filter which can be updated on a 24/7 basis. If duped into giving out your password, report immediately and close all accounts. Abandon for at lease one the use of the password.
